Phil's contribution runs through the contemporary
history of Rapper like 'Blackpool' through seaside confectionery.
He was the organiser behind the original 'Dancing England'
tournaments and is a Rapper historian, DERT organising committee
member, workshop-choreographer and mastermind behind many of
Stone Monkey's more breathtaking figures (and 'The Almost
Legendary Number 2 Dance' a DERT 20001 runner-up). He is founding-member
and 'Tommy' of the Monkeys. His day-job teaching special needs children has given him the skills required to look after a Rapper team. If you meet him, buy him a beer, listen to his stories and suspend belief.
